How Pricing Works
Rusty Browser uses a simple token-based model. Tokens are consumed while a browser is active.1,000 tokens = $1 | Browser time costs 50 tokens/hr on the Pay As You Go plan.
Plans
| Plan | Price | Included | Approx. Hours | Savings vs PAYG |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 175 tokens/mo | ~3.5 hrs | — |
| Pay As You Go | $0.05/hr | Billed per hour | Unlimited | — |
| Starter | $10/mo | 10,800 tokens/mo | ~216 hrs | 8% cheaper |
| Pro Agent | $50/mo | 58,000 tokens/mo | ~1,160 hrs | 16% cheaper |
| Max Agent | $150/mo | 184,500 tokens/mo | ~3,690 hrs | 23% cheaper |
Free Tier
Every account includes 175 free tokens per month — no card required. Free tokens renew monthly and do not roll over.175 free tokens ≈ 3.5 hours of browser time.
Billing Principles
- Billed by active browser time — tokens are consumed while browsers are open
- Always close browsers when done — idle browsers still consume tokens
- No hidden fees — token costs are the only cost on PAYG
- Subscription plans reduce your per-hour rate with a flat monthly commitment
- Top up anytime on PAYG — no subscription required
Cost Examples
| Scenario | Hours | PAYG Cost |
|---|---|---|
| 100 concurrent browsers for 1 hour | 100 | $5.00 |
| 1 browser running 24 hrs/day for a month | 720 | $36.00 |
| 10 browsers, 8 hrs/day for a month | 2,400 | $120.00 |
