# Scroll To

> Scroll to an element or absolute position

## Description

Scrolls the page to bring a specific node or position into view.

## Authentication

Open-source deployments do not require authentication by default. If your server config enables `X-API-Key`, include that header with the request.

## Path Parameters

  The browser ID returned from Create Session.
</ParamField>

## Request Body

<ParamField body="node_id" type="integer">
  Node ID of the element to scroll into view.
</ParamField>

<ParamField body="x" type="number">
  Absolute horizontal scroll position in pixels.
</ParamField>

<ParamField body="y" type="number">
  Absolute vertical scroll position in pixels.
</ParamField>

## Response

  Whether the scroll was performed successfully.
</ResponseField>
