# Node Click

> Click a DOM node by ID

## Description

Clicks a DOM node identified by `node_id`. Use [Find Node](/api-reference/endpoints/commands/find-node) or [Fetch UI Map](/api-reference/endpoints/ui-map/get) to get node IDs.

## Authentication

Open-source deployments do not require authentication by default. If your server config enables `X-API-Key`, include that header with the request.

## Path Parameters

  The browser ID returned from Create Session.

## Request Body

<ParamField body="node_id" type="integer" required>
  Node ID of the element to click.
</ParamField>

## Response
